You post a message on the Forums introducing yourself and expressing your interest in joining.

A sponsor will post a message in the Members Only forum. If you don't have a sponsor then please chat to people, hunt with them, and find someone who would be willing.

Your sponsor will arrange a couple "meet and greet" events to allow the guild to meet you and you to meet the guild. The sponsor arranges this so that we know that you can attend - those from the guild that can attend will come along.

During these few weeks, feel free to join the chat channel and get to know people that way as well or just do a "/who lunar all" and randomly ask people for fun.

After a period of time, a vote will be kicked off in the Members Only forum. The basis of the voting is that you need a number of yes votes, and no more than 1 no vote. People get to vote yes, no, or pass. A yes vote is someone saying that they have hunted with you and actively want you to join the guild. As such, it is in your interest to meet as many people as possible. If you get the correct number of votes then you're in - if you don't then the vote is left open and your sponsor will have to arrange more events, etc. to have some more people get to know you.
